Battle for Tripoli Airport
An earlier post commented that in Libya "Straightforward
Energy in the Community" would emerge, Logistics. The supply lines
& the transport and that:
This will conclude with power fights over the control of
logistics (30th
Aug).
This is occurring in the form of fierce
fighting for control of the airport (12th Dec).
These battles will continue for some time before stability emerges, and
ideally a development from straightforward energy in the community into proper
energy in the community, for example in the form of the rule of law and
community institutions that combine and reconcile the interests of the overall
majority of people
